829 - Serrada - Mousla
The variety of the forest. Beeches that alternate with Scots pines, spruce that accompanies white fir and larch. It is the beauty of the mixed forest, of the undergrowth covered by a soft bed of rustling leaves...
In the parlance of the ancestors, the Cimbrian population (Cimbri), “mousla” indicated a place rich in water. The Mousla we know today is a fresh and lush mixed forest of spruces, Scots pines and beeches. This route is located in the area of the village Serrada, in Cimbrian language «Ze Rad». On the walls of the houses stand out paintings and drawings in bright colours. They represent a tribute that the local community wanted to offer to Fortunato Depero, master of Futurism, illustrious character in Trentino, who lived in Serrada during the thirties and forties of the last century.
