Anello all'eremo di San Pancrazio

Safety information
As you can imagine, the trackability of routes in a mountain environment is closely linked to current conditions and depends on natural phenomena, environmental changes, and weather conditions. For this reason, the information contained in this sheet may have changed. Before leaving, check the status of the route by contacting the managers of the mountain huts along your route, alpine guides, visitor centers of natural parks, and tourist offices.Roadbook
From Campodenno ascend to the nearby sports field. From here, proceed straight uphill for a short stretch until an obvious junction with a flat cart track. Take it to the right following the signs for Dolomiti Brenta Bike and Trek and continue for about 1 km until you see a path on the left marked with the shell symbol, indicating the Cammino Jacopeo d'Anaunia. Climb through the woods until you intersect a forestry road, which you take down to the left. Shortly after, note the trail ascending to the nearby hermitage of San Pancrazio following the traces of the Cammino Jacopeo.
From there continue downhill, always following the indications of the Cammino Jacopeo, then turn left following the Dolomiti Brenta Bike and Trek signs that lead back to the first junction taken at the start. Then descend to the right along a steep slope and in no time, you find yourself back at the sports field.
By car, reach the junction between the roads leading to the center of Campodenno and the nearby village of Sporminore. Above the junction starts an asphalt road passing beside the sports field where you can park the car. Climb through the woods along the same road until you reach the intersection with the flat 'sentiero del Lez,' which runs along the route of an ancient irrigation canal (called lez in the local dialect). Take this path to the left in the direction of Sporminore and shortly after note on the right a trail ascending to the hermitage of San Pancrazio. From the hermitage, climb the rise until you intersect on the right a forestry road that descends to the village of Termon. The forestry road then intersects with the sentiero del Lez, which you take to the right towards Campodenno, passing a panoramic stretch carved into rock with a splendid view of the Lower Val di Non. At the junction with the road that climbs from Campodenno, finally descend to the sports field.
