La pista ciclabile che va dal Passo Mendola a Ronzone attraversa boschi, distese di prati e le vie di alcuni paesini, offrendo panorami affascinanti.
<p>Il nuovo percorso ciclabile collega il famoso Passo Mendola alla pista ciclabile dell'Alta Val di Non. Si può partire direttamente dal Passo per scendere verso Ronzone e collegarsi alla ciclabile che attraversa i paesi dell'Alta Valle e le famose praterie dei Pradiei.</p> <p>Chi invece si trova sulla ciclabile può proseguire su questo nuovo percorso imboccandolo presso il Giardino della Rosa di Ronzone ed arrivare con una salita dolce ma costante fino al Passo Mendola. </p> <p>Questo nuovo tratto ciclabile collega Trentino e Alto-Adige e si snoda per 8 chilometri tra freschi boschi, enormi distese di prati e le suggestive vie dei paesini di Ruffré e Ronzone. Il percorso è interamente asfaltato ed è quasi tutto in discesa per chi parte dal Passo e di conseguenza in salita per chi parte da Ronzone.</p> <p>La segnaletica è molto chiara ed è presente a ogni svolta.</p>

The new cycle path connects the famous Passo Mendola to the Alta Val di Non cycle path. You can start directly from the Pass to descend towards Ronzone and connect to the cycle path that crosses the towns of Alta Valle and the famous Pradiei meadows.
Those already on the cycle path can continue on this new route by starting at the Giardino della Rosa in Ronzone and reach Passo Mendola with a gentle but steady climb.
This new cycle section connects Trentino and South Tyrol and runs for 8 kilometers through cool woods, vast meadows, and the charming streets of the villages of Ruffré and Ronzone. The path is fully paved and is almost entirely downhill for those starting from the Pass and therefore uphill for those starting from Ronzone.
The signage is very clear and present at every turn.

To reach the cycle path that goes from Passo Mendola to Ronzone, you can comfortably start from the funicular parking lot and from there first turn left towards "Roen" and then immediately right following the signs for the cycle path and Garni Petra.
The route continues through woods and meadows until the village of Ruffré and you go straight ahead following the signs until you reach a roundabout. Here take the first exit and at the stop sign continue straight following the signs for the cycle path "Fondo – Romeno", to the right of the cemetery.
Continuing along the road, you reach a fork. Here take the cycle path on the right and continue through meadows, woods, and finally you run alongside the SS42, always following the signs, until you reach Ronzone. Upon arriving at the entrance to the village, cross the road and continue towards the villa "Orso Grigio". At the end of the avenue, turn right and take the cycle path again on the left.
Continuing through the fields and following the signs "Giardino della Rosa – Ronzone center", you arrive next to a sawmill. Here cross the road and first turn left to take a sidewalk and shortly after right onto a stretch of cycle path through the fields, always following the previous signs until you reach the "Giardino della Rosa".

Passo Mendola can be reached from the Trentino side by the Trentino Trasporti line bus 630 and from the Upper South Tyrol side by the Mendola funicular departing from St. Antonio in Caldaro.Directions
