From an old barred barn two independent, spacious and equipped with all conveniences have been made. They are located in Comano Valle Salus - Giudicarie Esteriori - Trentino, about 4 Km from the Thermal Park. The Giudicarie Esteriori, less known than the Interiors (Val Rendena and lateral), stretch between the Brenta Dolomites and Lake Garda and combine the attractions of a tourist area with the quiet of the less known and popular valleys. The property features a private outdoor lawn / courtyard, private parking spaces and private garage.

All the utilities (water, light and gas) are included, with the exception of heating in the winter.

Table linen / kitchen linen is included in the price of the accommodation. Bath linen / bed linen can be provided, on request, at a cost of 8 euros / person a week, to be sold on site. The change of linen is weekly.

Final cleaning costs € 50 (cleaning and sanitization), to be sold on site.

Check-in is possible from 16. The accommodation must be vacated by 10 noon.

Availability for periods of 3 or less than 3 days is subject to confirmation by the structure, with quotation on request.

The balance of the stay must take place upon arrival at the property and, in any case, no later than two days from the arrival in case of bank transfer.

It is not allowed to stay at the property for a number of people higher than the number of beds offered.

The "Autumn woodpecker apartment" consists of two large bedrooms, one double and one twin, two bathrooms, a spacious living room and a large kitchen with all the amenities (dishwasher and microwave included).

Complete the apartment the service rooms, ie closet, boiler room .. The floors are in ceramic, cooked tiles and larch wood.

The apartment has a slightly different layout than the twin "Spring Woodpecker", as the kitchen / stube is located on the ground floor.

At the entrance of the apartment you will find a red woodpecker nest, decorated with autumn leaves and berries.

The furniture is made up of new furniture, in wood, and is enriched by some older pieces.
