In Trentino, there is a Card that gives you free or discounted access to over one hundred activities, including museums, castles and parks, and also allows you to book in advance, skipping the queue. It is the same Card you can use to travel for free and without limits anywhere on all public transport in the area as long as the routes originate and end in Trentino.
It’s the Trentino Guest Card. Have you heard of it?
To get it, all you have to do is book a stay in any hotel or lodging facility in Trentino.
To activate it, use it and always carry it with you, just download Mio Trentino, the app that revolutionises your idea of a holiday, letting you experience the best of Trentino, just the way you want it.
The card is yours, completely free, in just 5 steps:
- book your holiday at any one of our locations;
- receive a Card code — or ask for it from your hotel or lodging if it doesn’t arrive via e-mail or text message — and pair it with your Mio Trentino app;
- download the Mio Trentino app from your app store, register and enter the verification code that will be requested during registration;
- pair your Card’s alphanumeric code with the app;
- start using your Card from the day you arrive in Trentino until the day you leave, and remember that the Card is valid for anyone staying with you in the same facility, including minors.
To sum up:
- to see everything your Card offers in the app, go to the "Services ˃ Guest Card" section;
- to access the museums and other attractions, open your digital card in "My Concierge> Guest Card" and show it at the entrance;
- to travel freely and without limits on all public transport in Trentino, go to “Services > Transport”, access the “Travel by bus or train” section, and validate your journey every time you use public transport by scanning the QR code you’ll find on board the buses or at the train station. Alternatively, you can enter the code manually.
