Current Information
Due to renovations, the B&B will reopen to the public starting from September 2022.
Situated in a renewed historical palace, in the middle of the old town with an amazing view on the mountains, you can reach everything on foot. The apartment has an independent entrance and a place to have breakfast; there are two quiet rooms with private bathroom, facing the garden or the rest of the valley. At guest’s disposal: free Wi-Fi, Ethernet socket, USB socket and satellite smart flat-screen TV. The house is equipped with fire alarms and in the kitchen/breakfast-room there is also a sensor for carbon monoxide. Breakfast is included in the price. Foodstuff for celiac people. For specific requests/ food intolerances, please ask.

By check-in guests must show a valid identity document.
Check-in starting from 14.00 till 20.00.
Check-out within 10.00.
Breakfast is available from 7.00 till 9.30.
Guests should communicate in advance the arrival time. All late check-in requests must be approved by the owner. Arrival after 20.00 will pay an additional charge of 10 Euros per hour. In case of early departure, guests must pay the whole amount.
Children under 2 years free in standard beds.
We accept cash payments, debit cards (Maestro), or credit cards (VISA, Mastercard). B&B Ai Colli reserves the right to check the cards validity before guests’ arrival.
Animals not allowed.
B&B Ai Colli is located in a private house, so we ask to keep silence between 20.00 and 7.00; parties and events are not allowed.

Arrival
From the train station on main road n. 12 (Highway-exit: Rovereto Nord or Rovereto Sud), take “Corso Rosmini” till “Piazza Rosmini”; follow the uphill street in direction “Noriglio/Serrada” and, after 50 meters, on the left, at house number 16, you will find BB Ai Colli. Take the public steps; in front of the steps there is the parking center “Rovereto Centro Storico - viale dei Colli”.
