We have two attic apartments, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere:

Two-room apartment: for a maximum of 4 people, with large balcony, double bedroom, new bathroom with toilet, shower, bidet and washing machine, living room with TV and comfortable double sofa bed, kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment and coffee machine.
Three-room apartment: for up to 5 people, with large balcony. double bedroom with the possibility of adding a third bed, mezzanine with 2 beds, bathroom with WC, shower, bidet and washing machine, living room with TV and kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment and coffee machine coffee.

Conditions

Cancellation policies:

Unforeseen events can always happen and a cancellation is unpleasant for both parties.
Therefore we agree the following conditions in case of cancellation:
- cancellation up to 15 days from check-in: total refund of the deposit.
- cancellation from 14 to 4 days prior to check-in: it can be used to book a stay to be made by 31.12 of the year of the canceled booking.
- cancellation from 3 to 0 days before arrival / early departure / late arrival / no-show: charge of the total amount of the stay.
