Your booking and stay – conditions

A. Arrival and departure times:
Check in to pitches/private bathrooms between 12.00 and 19.00
Check out to pitches/private bathrooms between 08.00 and 11.00
B. Dogs are allowed in the resort and in resort buildings, on a lead, for an extra fee. Restricted entry to the restaurant.
C. A deposit of 30% of the total reservation amount must be paid by credit card or bank transfer at the time of booking. The booking may be cancelled free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
D. Use of the Aquapark, sauna world and fitness room (if included in the package) is not included on the day of departure.
E. Bank cheques are not accepted.
F. Packages, discounts and special offers may not be combined.
G. Arrival and departure dates are binding. In the event of a late arrival or early departure, the entire booking period will be charged.

Extra: electricity and gas according to usage, and tourist tax.

They are suitable for camper vans, caravans and family tents, and many are fitted with ground reinforcing grass paving grids. They have mains gas (extra 8,50 €/mq3) and electricity supply up to 16 amps (extra 0,70€ kwh), digital terrestrial TV, running drinking water (only in summer), waste dark water disposal and free WI-FI.
