The apartment consists of a spacious living area with a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, a large refrigerator and freezer, a comfortable sofa, and an LCD TV with SKY decoder predisposition; internet connection via Wi-Fi is also available.
The sleeping area includes a bedroom with a large wardrobe and a room with a bunk bed; both are equipped with duvets and pillows. The large windowed bathroom features an elegant and comfortable shower, as well as a washing machine and hairdryer. Linen is provided (towels for bidet, face, and shower, duvet covers), as well as an iron and ironing board.
Finally, the apartment is heated with a completely independent underfloor heating system, and each room has its own thermostat for maximum comfort. Hot water is also guaranteed by the presence of solar panels.
The location in a peaceful and sunny area (with a grocery store less than a hundred meters away and the skibus stop not far) away from traffic and surrounded by a large garden allows children and parents to enjoy a holiday in complete freedom. A barbecue, deck chairs, and toys for children are available for our guests.
And after a day spent skiing, walking… (the famous and elegant resort of San Martino di Castrozza is just 10 km away) or having lunch, playing, or resting in the garden, the night and the first light of dawn can turn into an enchanting adventure with the frequent passage of foxes, deer, and some stag right in our garden.
