Current Information

The pandemic emergency caused by the global spread of the new coronavirus infection has led the Government to adopt containment measures that also pay particular attention to gatherings of people. Therefore, we kindly ask you to adhere to proper behavior by avoiding parties and dinners with people other than those who usually occupy the residence, and to immediately inform the property of any onset of symptoms related to the new coronavirus.

The house is located in the village of Molina di Ledro about 600 meters walk from the lake, the apartment on the second floor is furnished in a modern style and with attention to the smallest details.

It consists of a living area with a comfortable sofa, TV, table and spacious kitchen with: induction, electric oven, moka, fridge / freezer and various appliances. It has two bedrooms, double and twin, both with large closets.

The bright bathroom has a shower and washing machine with clothesline.

In the large garden we find table and chairs as well as comfortable sun loungers, there is also the Barbeque corner.

Within a radius of 200 meters, we find shops, groceries, pharmacies, the beginning of the cycle path, the lake and the beaches can be reached on foot with a comfortable walk without traffic in the center of the characteristic village of Molina in 10/15 minutes.

Prices are in Euros per week and include all expenses (use of the garden, barbecue, electricity, hot water, heating, use of the washing machine and Wifi).

For long stays or for arrival days other than Saturday, the property must be contacted.

They are excluded: tourist tax €. 1 to day per person final cleaning costs € 35.

Final cleaning costs with animals € 60.

Arrival on Saturday from 3.00 pm.

Departure on Saturday before 10.00.

Attention The booking becomes binding when the agreed amount is paid and the booking confirmation is sent.

A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking by bank transfer, after 5 days from the date of booking in the absence of payment, the reservation will be automatically canceled.

In case of cancellation, 20% of the total reservation will be retained.
