Thanks to the fenced outdoor spaces of each apartment, pets are welcome on the premises, allowing for a pleasant stay even for our four-legged friends.
The house is situated 800 meters from the lake, reachable on foot via a pedestrian and bicycle path, 150 meters from a supermarket, 100 meters from a playground, and 150 meters from a bar/newsstand/tobacconist. Private parking for cars and a barbecue. Nearby, there is a scenic walkway that connects Lake Ledro with Lake Garda.
The house was completely renovated in 2023, with particular attention paid to sustainability. (Energy class A4, wood biomass heating at 0 km, electricity from a photovoltaic system, hot water from a solar system, use of eco-friendly cleaning products)
