PETS:
Dogs of any size are accepted, provided they are adults. A supplementary charge of € 18.00 per day is applicable. Dogs can access common areas, except for the restaurant.
Cats are also accepted, provided they are adults and accustomed to living indoors, with the guarantee that they will not cause damage (for example, scratches). The supplement is € 14.00 per day.Garage € 8.00 per day in winter, € 6.00 per day in summer, free outdoor parking.
Free cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date.
From the 29th day to the day of arrival, a cancellation penalty equal to the amount of the deposit paid will apply.
Tourist tax of € 2.50 per person per day calculated separately. The tax is due for the first 10 days of stay, children up to 14 years old are exempt.

Check-in arrival from 2:00 PM. Check-out departure by 10:00 AM.
The hotel, coming from the lower valley, is located at the beginning of the town of Canazei.
For winter 25/26 starting in February, we recommend the Bolzano Nord motorway exit to avoid having to pass through the checks for the Olympics for those traveling in the Val di Fiemme area.
Communication is appreciated in case of arrival after 8:30 PM.
