I am fortunate to live in a magical and beautiful place surrounded by nature, Moena, the Fairy of the Dolomites in Val di Fassa. With love and passion, I take care of our little reality and I would like to have the pleasure of sharing it with you!

At Ciasa Lino Defrancesco, there are several housing units, of which 3 are used as vacation homes.
The individual housing unit consists of a spacious three-room apartment with 4 or 5 beds. Our property includes a large parking area for our guests and an outdoor area equipped as a garden with children's games, benches with tables, and deck chairs for relaxation.
Guests will be able to use the available spaces without limits, enjoying the warmth and familiarity of our home.

Conditions
The cost of the stay in our establishment already includes: bed and bath linen, wifi connection, consumption of electricity, water, and heating; cleaning service at the end of the stay.
Accessories: pots/dishes, kitchen utensils, toaster, blender, kettle, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, television, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner.
Available upon request at no extra charge: ironing board, iron, crib, and high chair.
Common areas: laundry with washing machines, bike/ski storage with boot dryer.
For a fee:
- dogs are allowed at €10.00 per day.
- Tourist tax €1.00 per day per person. Minors up to the age of 15 are exempt.

Moena is nestled in a basin among the enchanting Dolomite peaks, such as Catinaccio, Sassolungo, Monzoni, and Latemar. Our house is located to the north of Moena in the heart of the Val di Fassa at an altitude of 1250 m above sea level, in the Pezzè area after the tunnel (direction Soraga) at the roundabout, second exit Someda, 100 m on the left. Just five minutes from the center on foot, the house enjoys a particularly panoramic and quiet location (limited traffic zone), making it an excellent starting point for outings and numerous excursions just a few hundred meters from the entrance to the main state road.
