It is surrounded by a private green space, with a 400 sqm garden all around, featuring a gazebo, relaxation area, and swings. In front of the entrance, there is also a small lounge to enjoy the surrounding environment, perhaps while sipping a coffee or an aperitif. The most famous mountains, Cima 11, Cima 12, Buffaure, and Sassolungo, stand out in front of the windows, making the view unique. Just a few steps from the house is the "Sora i Pre" walkway, which allows you to reach the nearby villages of Vigo and Pera with a panoramic walk, either on foot or by bike. The cycling and walking path along the Avisio River is also reachable on foot from the house, just 5 minutes away. QC Terme is 600 meters away.
