Our Story: From 1977 to the Future

Our adventure began with our grandparents, Virgilio and Angelina, who, with dedication and the help of their four children, brought the historic Pensione Cima Tosa to life. After years of hard work and the first major renovations in the 1980s, our story embarked on a new, exciting chapter in 2013.

The grandparents retired to enjoy a well-deserved rest, and the baton passed to their eldest son, Giovanni, and his wife, Giovanna. Together, driven by the passion and energy of their five children — Irene, Federico, Marta, Lucia, and Riccardo — they initiated a constant transformation:

• We elevated the level of services, upgrading the hotel from 2 to 3 stars.

• We renovated the spaces with major refurbishments in 2020 and 2025, blending modern comfort with the warmth of an alpine retreat.

The Heart of Our Hospitality: Youth and Experience

Today, the Hotel is the expression of a perfect balance between different generations.

We are a family team:

• Irene, Federico, Marta, Lucia, and Riccardo (the third generation) are our operational soul, the smiling and dynamic faces who take care of every detail of your stay.

• Giovanni and Giovanna (the second generation) are our wise guides, present with a watchful eye to observe, advise, and ensure that the hospitality we inherited remains sincere, impeccable, and authentic.

• Conditions

  To confirm your booking, we require a deposit equal to 30% of the total stay.
  Our cancellation policies:
  - Up to 7 days before arrival: free cancellation.
  - From 6 to 3 days before arrival: 30% penalty. The deposit will be  by the hotel.
  - From 2 to 0 days before arrival and in case of no-show: 90% penalty.

  Pet supplement: €8 per night per pet (excluding food). Maximum two pets per room. They are welcome but are not admitted in the restaurant. Please keep them on a leash in common areas.

  Hotel services: garage, electric vehicle charging station, bar, meeting room (25 seats), restaurant open for lunch and dinner. Laundry and ironing service available upon request and for a fee.

  We offer a free Paganella Guest Card, the local benefits card, for guests.
