  GUARANTEE: credit card (except Diners). 
  We don’t charge your credit card for deposit. 
  We sometimes control money availability through pre-authorization system and charge it only in case of cancellation or no show. 

  
  OLYMPICS 2026
  Period from 6th to 22nd February 2026 :
  Cancellation free of charge up to 21 days prior to arrival
  After this deadline, we will retain what follows:
  • the 50% of the total of your stay if cancelled or modified  
  • the 100% of the total of your stay in case of no-show
  
  Free cancellation up to 14 days before date of arrival:
  • from the 23rd December,2025 to the 5th January,2026
  • from the 31th January to the 5th February
  • from 23rd February to 16th March 2026
  • from the 1st to the 23rd of August,2026
  After this deadline, we will retain what follows:
  • the 50% of the total of your stay if cancelled or modified
  • the 100% of the total of your stay in case of no-show
  
  Free cancellation up to 5 days before date of arrival for the rest of the year.

  • Penalty applied in case of departure before the end of the confirmed stay: the law allows us to ask the 100% of all the nights confirmed, excluded the services not used, like for example dinner and breakfast.
  
  • HALF BOARD TREATMENT: If you stay with us at least 3 nights, the half board treatment is available for the whole stay. For info and reservation ask at the reception. 
  Once the service is confirmed, in the case you don’t consume 1 or more dinners, no reduction will be applied.
  
  • TABLE RESERVATION: As our restaurant has a limited number of seats, once you have booked a table, if you decide to cancel your reservation, no charge will be made if you notify Reception by 11 a.m. Otherwise, for late notifications or in the event of a no-show without prior notice, a penalty of €60.00 per person will be charged.
  
  • EXTRA BEDS COSTS 
  The cost of the extra bed varies according to the following age groups: 0/3; 4/13; 14 years and older 
  You find it included in the total stay amount.
  
  IMPORTANT: The child's age specified in the contact form must be the actual age during the stay and not the age at the time of the quote request. If the age communicated upon arrival differs from the actual age, the rate corresponding to the age of the child during the stay will be applied.
  
  • VAT TAX INFORMATION
  Our rates include VAT at 10%. If it rises, the prices will be updated.
  
  • OFFER VALIDITY: 4 DAYS
  Our rates are dynamic: the proposed price is locked for you for 4 days only, after which the price may increase. 
  We advise you to book as early as possible, as the room will not be optioned. The actual reconfirmation of the reservation by us will take place upon your acceptance of the quote based on our actual remaining availability.
  
  WELLNESS TREATMENTS CANCELLATION POLICY
  We suggest you to arrive 10 minutes before the beginning of the treatment to relax and start your ritual on time. If you arrive late, the duration of the treatment will be shortened to finish at the scheduled time and allow the next guest to begin on time. 
  Modification: you can modify your appointment free of charge, if you give us notice within four hours before the beginning of your treatment based on our availability
  
  Cancellation policy:
  • free of charge, if you cancel 12 hours before the treatment
  • 50% of the total if you cancel in the 12 hours till 4 hours before the treatment
  • 100% of the total if you cancel in the 4 hours before the treatment or if you don’t show up
   
  Important: Inappropriate or offensive behaviour towards our spa therapists will not be tolerated. Please be advised that spa therapists reserve the right to terminate a treatment in cases of abusive behaviour with charge of the cost of the treatment. Thank you for your understanding.
  

  The tourist tax must be paid directly at the hotel (for guests over 14) for a maximum of 10 nights and it will be added to your reservation bill. 4* and 4*S hotels € 2,50 – 3* and 3*S hotels € 2,00 – other accommodations € 1,50 – private apartments € 1,00. “Vallevviva forever” fee: € 1,00.
