Arrival
A few days before check-in, I will send guests detailed information and a map to facilitate their arrival at the house and enable self-check-in. The property begins with a gate that marks the extensive common and private space of Villa Lina. Outside the gate there is a small safe with a code containing the keys to the gate. Driving along a short driveway of a few tens of meters, you will reach the private garage of the apartment (at the moment, parking is available outside the garage which can be used as bike storage) and the house. Outside the house, there is a second safe with a code containing the keys to the top-floor apartment, which is accessible by elevator.

The Lake Attic Apartment is located on the top floor (accessible by elevator) of Villa Lina, a liberty-style heritage-listed building, and has recently undergone renovation. Finely furnished and fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, hairdryer, kitchen accessories, etc.), it consists of a spacious living room with a modern open kitchen, extendable table, and a large comfortable sofa with a facing coffee table. It has a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a delightful turret (an architectural element typical of liberty style), accessible from the living room, with a circular bench and a table for breakfasts, breaks, and romantic dinners.
The apartment accommodates 5 people: a double bed and a single bed in the bedroom, and a French sofa bed in the living room. From the apartment, you can enjoy a unique view of the rooftops, the ancient walls of the historic center of Riva del Garda, and the lake.
