Acquastilla’ is the result of a deep-rooted idea of all-round biodiversity and eco-sustainability, and aims to publicise the products and specific aspects of our area. Maso Agritur Acquastilla Giovanni Poli is situated in the municipality of Arco in the agricultural area, just a short walk from Arciducale Park and the olive grove at Arco Castle. Maso Agritur Acquastilla, which is making the transition to organic farming, has an ambition to create a small oasis of biodiversity in an area which is rural but also urban. The accommodation includes 6 flats that can sleep a total 25 people, spread over 15,000 m2 of agricultural land. The complex is surrounded by an olive grove. Some experimental vines that do not need to be reated have been planted in the vineyard, and the swimming pool next to the vineyard is cleaned using UV radiation, a system which keeps the water clean reducing the use of chlorine to the minimum. The apartments are three-room units for 4 people, consisting of a double bedroom, a small room with 2 single beds, and a spacious kitchen-living room with a comfortable double or single sofa bed.
The ground floor apartments have a veranda and private garden, while those on the upper floor feature a balcony and a large panoramic terrace overlooking the castle of Arco, Monte Brione, and the entire valley. They are furnished with solid spruce and Swiss pine wood, the walls are covered with clay, a natural thermal regulator of humidity, and the cooling and heating system is wall-mounted (bioconstruction). They are equipped with a TV, dishwasher, oven, freezer, hairdryer, bed and bath linens, and Wi-Fi. They are themed with references to local specialties: olive, Ora, medicinal herbs, Vino Santo, grappa, and grapes.
A bike storage and a storage for sports equipment are available for guests.
