Our apartments are located in the heart of Val di Fassa, near the ski slopes and are a strategic starting point for wonderful summer excursions, hiking, trekking, 400 meters from the lifts “Ciampedie” and 900 meters from Buffaure ski area. Buffaure ski area has an access to the famous Sellaronda route that gives you a possibility to explore all the vantages of Dolomiti Superski. 50 meters far from residence, the big free of charge Cross Country ski-ring, illuminated in the evenings and the Marcialonga trail, that can be passed in both directions to Canazei and to Moena, the Dolomites Cycling Route and a quiet walk promenade. Skibus stop: 50 meters far from residence. For children, here nearby reachable on foot there is a big and sunny baby park with music, entertainment and a mini ski slope for beginners. Moreover at your disposal: lift, heated ski room, free wi-fi, private parking and self-use laundry.

Deposit of € 100.00 per flat. On departure, if everything is in order and without damage, the deposit will be returned.
The reservation is valid only under the terms and for the number of occupants (adults and children, if any) specified in the confirmation email. Any changes must be agreed in advance with the owner of the house, who reserves the right to accept or deny them.
Stays from 1St November 2015 will be charged a tourist tax.
