• Conditions

  Cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days before the arrival date (we will deduct the handling fee of euro 50).
  Cancellation or changes made between 30 and 8 days before the arrival date, 50% of total costs will be charged.
  Cancellation or changes made after the above mentioned terms, or no-show, 80% of the entire stay will be charged.

  Reservations confirmed by us after the receipt of a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of the stay by bank transfer are binding.

  City tax of € 2.00 per night per person up to a maximum of 10 nights not included (excluding children under 14).
  Check in from 2:00 pm / Check out within 10:00 am 
  In case of late arrival or early departure, the full cost of the room will be charged.
  Smoking is prohibited in the rooms and other internal rooms of the hotel. A cigar room is available for smokers.
  Pets are not allowed in our hotel. We trust in your understanding.
