To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of 30% of the total stay, to be paid by bank transfer. This deposit is non-refundable.
The balance is due 30 days before arrival to ensure a smooth and organized stay.
However, we understand that unexpected events can arise: if your cancellation allows us to rebook the period, we will do our best to refund your deposit, retaining only any expenses incurred for the new booking (such as last-minute discounts or commissions).
A €250 security deposit is also required upon arrival, which will be refunded upon check-out, once we have verified that the apartment has been left in good condition.

The apartment is located on the second mezzanine floor and has a private entrance. As you can see from the photos, it is recently built, carefully furnished, and equipped with all the appliances needed for a comfortable stay.
Private parking is available under the house. Just 100 meters away is the tourist bus stop connecting all the villages in the valley, as well as the bus stop for Cavalese and Trento.
In front of the house, across a small bridge over the Avisio River, is a large park. The town center is only 500 meters away. In the opposite direction (300 meters), there is a supermarket and a takeaway pizzeria. Next to the apartment is a hotel where breakfast is available upon request for a fee. The apartment is equipped with bed linens and towels.
The sleeping area includes a double bedroom and a bedroom with three single beds. The living room has a double sofa bed.
