We are located in the heart of San Lorenzo Dorsino, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy: a place rich in history, tradition, and scenic views, where time seems to flow at a slower and more authentic pace.
At your disposal is free parking with three parking spaces in front of the building and another five parking spaces thirty meters from the building.

Conditions
Within our structure, we kindly ask you to respect some simple rules:
- smoking is prohibited inside our rooms: this helps to preserve the furniture and the natural scent of the wood. Naturally, every balcony is equipped with a suitable ashtray;
- silence must be respected between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM;
- guests under the age of 18 may check-in only if accompanied or in possession of specific authorization from a parent or legal guardian;
It is also informed that our rooms are not equipped to accept pets.
Check-in time is from 2:00 PM, while the room must be left by 11:00 AM.

Arrival
From the A22 Brennero motorway:
- coming from the south: exit at Trento Sud, take the ring road following the signs for Padua and exit following the signs for Riva del Garda. Once in Sarche, turn right towards Andalo/Molveno. Arrived at the roundabout before the Ponte dei Servi, follow signs for San Lorenzo in Banale. Once in the village, turn right at the third hairpin bend and immediately on the left is the reserved parking area. We are at 50 meters.
- coming from the north: exit the San Michele all'Adige tollbooth, turn right onto state road 43 until after the town of Mezzolombardo and at the first crossroads take a left towards Fai della Paganella (SP 237). After the towns of Andalo and Molveno you arrive at San Lorenzo Dorsino, turn left at the first hairpin bend and immediately on the left is the reserved parking area. We are at 50 meters.

Our Junior Suite has been designed to offer guests both a living area with sitting area and sofa and a large balcony from which they can observe the Brenta Dolomites. The room is furnished in oak for the floor and natural fir for the furnishings and coverings. The room is soundproofed to offer you maximum silence.
