It is only 15-20 minutes walk from the center, and the first supermarket is 500 meters away. At 500 meters there is the new chair lift to ski on the slopes of the Catinaccio / Ciampediè ski area in winter and in summer it is also the starting point of the shuttle bus to Gardeccia, for summer trips.

The reservation is valid only under the terms and for the number of occupants (adults and children, if any) specified in the confirmation email. Any changes must be agreed in advance with the owner of the house, who reserves the right to accept or deny them.

Bed linen and towels are not included, but you can reserve them separately ( € 20/person/week – TO RESERVE 7/10 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL)
Not included the tourist tax (€ 1,00 and from 1/12/2021 € 1,50/ night / person up to 10 nights, free for children under 14)
At the arrival we will ask a caution money of euro 100 (euro 200 for the new year period) each apartment in cash ( we will return it when you leave if everything will be ok )
