Rock-climbing Gym Montebello ― Cavalese
The natural rock-climbing gym in Montebello features 12 routes, with difficulty ratings raging from 6a to 7c. The porphyry wall is between 10 and 20 m long. The gym is located right before the tunnel on the Cavalese exit of Dolomite main road 48, when travelling in the direction of Tesero. The parking-lot is located on the side of the road. Val di Fiemme Alpine Guides hold rock-climbing and free-climbing classes in the gym. They also organize special one-day sessions to teach climbing and rappelling techniques.
