A quite demanding itinerary and circuit considering the length and elevation difference but without any particular technical difficulty. It covers the entire  Altopiano Predaia and passes through woods, and by mountain huts and villages, and it is more than advised to stop off at the famous Sanctuary of San Romedio.

    Tips and suggestions

Follow the signs for Predaia MTB 2

    Roadbook

Starting from Palazzo Nero at Coredo one follows the signs for the Predaia MTB Number 2, which gradually rises through the area of  Loc. Dossi and passes the Tavon play area and continues as far as the crossroads for the Sanctuary of  San Romedio, and at which point the route separates from routes 3 and 4 and descends as far as the bridge over the Rio Verdès. Biking along the flat dirt road on reaches in a few minutes the famous Sanctuary of San Romedio, one of the main symbols of Val di Non and one of the most characteristic hermitages in the whole of Europe, and it 5 small churches literally perched on the rock. From the Sanctuary one goes back over the dirt road to the bridge and then up the long Val di Verdès, and by crossing over again one comes to the quiet location of “Sette Larici”. Here, one goes on the asphalt road for a short stretch until reaching “Predaia Park”, a pleasant park for kids and adjacent to the ski slopes. Next, one turns to the right and goes down to “Credai”. Following the signposting for Route n. 2 one goes through the flat woodland and then takes the uphill and asphalted road which leads again to Predaia Park, and then down to  Sores Park, a little adventure park with many fun constructions around the trees and ideal for all the family. Continuing to follow the signposting one goes downhill to “Lovere”, at which point the route joins up for a while with the “Predaia MTB Numero 3” itinerary and goes on to Vervò. The downhill continues on to “3 Confini”, and here by following the appropriate signposting one takes the final uphill to the right and which after bordering on the fascinating spectacle of Castel Bragher takes one on to Coredo.
