The ascent to Lake Alplaner takes place in a majestic alpine environment on open and panoramic terrain. The arrival at the Alplaner lakes is truly impressive and very rewarding. The route does not present particular difficulties and is also suitable for families with children over 10 years old, provided they are trained.

    Roadbook

From Lower Malga Brodolona (1806m), follow trail 136 that starts just behind the building. In about half an hour, you reach Upper Malga Brodolona (2084m) where you continue along trail 136 (signs for Alplaner/Lake Trenta) along beautiful grassy slopes, opening up to breathtaking views. Always on a comfortable path (PHOTO 8), you reach Passo Alplaner (2423m), which marks the border between Trentino and South Tyrol, a panoramic point of rare beauty. From here, you descend to the wonderful three lakes of Alplaner, the day's destination.

    Return via the ascent route.
