Discover the Isera area in Vallagarina and visit the mountain vineyards.
An experience where you can learn about the wine-making process, travelling through the geological and cultural evolutions that have led the land and wines of Azienda Agricola Vignali Varás to become what they are today.
You will have the opportunity to visit the house where the family has lived since 1689 while walking through the mountain vineyards discovering all the secrets that lead to high quality grapes. During the visit you will be able to taste directly from the barrels to understand how the wine evolves over time. At the end you will sample the wines the company produces in the bottle.
By the end of the experience, thanks to Giovanni’s story, you will be more aware of the art of winemaking and how important it is to preserve the mountain environment. Vignali Varás is committed to protecting forest areas, which are fundamental to the company and inhabited by many wild species, from the smallest insects to large carnivores.
