Mini Marcialonga Running
An experience to live the spirit of the Marcialonga and spend an afternoon full of sport, games and sharing
MiniRunning is a non-competitive promotional race dedicated to children and young people aged 2 to 12. A special opportunity to run, have fun and feel like real stars, experiencing the excitement and spirit of the Marcialonga Running Coop on a smaller scale. The MiniRunning will also start from the square Piaz de Sotegrava, the same starting point as the main race, giving young participants a taste of the atmosphere of this great event.
The event is open to everyone: young athletes, children from sports clubs, local children, the children of registered participants and young holiday guests. The course varies according to age: children aged 2 to 5 will run a short 100-metre distance, while older participants (6 to 12 years) will complete a flat 900-metre route along the Avisio River, on roads closed to traffic.
Registration takes place at the stand in the square Piaz de Sotegrava, open on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The participation fee is € 5, payable upon registration, and includes refreshments and a goody bag for all participants.
