In addition to the traditional pizza, cooked strictly in the wood oven, the Squirrel also offers the certified one for celiacs, and the assortment is not even missing in the kitchen, to the point that - fish lovers are warned – one of the specialties on the menu is precisely the spaghetti on the rock. Of course, there is no shortage of typical dishes of Trentino and classic cuisine, from first courses to desserts.
