<p>Get slower and discover the taste of Comano ValleSalus riding your bike. Along Kilometrozero Unesco Bike tour you will taste the gastronomic jewels of our valley. Start climbing towards the first taste: San Lorenzo in Banale, at the foot of the Dolomites, is the birthplace of a Slow food salami made with turnips: Ciuiga. After this first break go down till the Limarò canyon and through the wheat fields reach the Lomaso plateau, the realm of the mountain potato. It's time for another taste-break: give yourself the pleasure to try a board of violet potatoes and mountain cheese. Go on through the green Val Lomasona, and cycling across some of the most beautiful villages in Italy you will reach another local delicacy: a special salami made with the traditional walnuts of Bleggio. Here starts the last step of the bike tour that through walnuts and fields will take you back to the starting point.
