Itinerary among the vineyards along the ancient Roman Road.
The itinerary connects the villages of Seravalle and Ala passing under the magnificent S. Valentino shrine. <p>Also known as round-leaf Lambrusco, Casetta has been always present in Vallagarina . The grapes of this red grape variety are so rich in anthocyanins that they were once used to bring color to other rather drained red wines. Of an intense ruby red, it has a moderate structure that appreciates aging in cask. Violet and red fruits such as blackberries and currants are the prevailing notes on the nose and on the palate.</p> <p> </p>
