The apartment has an independent entrance and a place to have breakfast; there are two quiet rooms with private bathroom, facing the garden or the rest of the valley. At guest’s disposal: free Wi-Fi, Ethernet socket, USB socket and satellite smart flat-screen TV. The house is equipped with fire alarms and in the kitchen/breakfast-room there is also a sensor for carbon monoxide. Breakfast is included in the price. Foodstuff for celiac people. Guests should communicate in advance the arrival time. All late check-in requests must be approved by the owner. Arrival after 20.00 will pay an additional charge of 10 Euros per hour. In case of early departure, guests must pay the whole amount.
