Wij zijn een klein familiehotel met slechts 12 kamers temidden van de natuur en pal tegenover de skipisten. Wij garanderen een comfortabele omgeving, een warme en vriendelijke ontvangst en een keuken voornamelijk met lokale producten.

Je vindt ons in Fondo Piccolo, 1 km van het Lago di Passo Coe en Base Tuono, 4,5 km van het dorpscentrum en de golfbaan, ongeveer 15 km van het Lago di Lavarone.     CANCELLATION POLICY / EARLY DEPARTURE:
    In case of cancellation of the stay:
    - 100% refund of the deposit paid within 32 days of arrival **
    - we keep 100% of the deposit from 16 to 8 days from arrival
    - from 7 days to arrive and late arrivals we charge 60% of the amount of the holiday equal to the accommodation booked, meals excluded.
    - in the case of a holiday package (including ski pass and/or ski school) this will be charged in full.
    - The guest who anticipates departure will have to pay a penalty equal to 60% of the remaining amount of the stay.

    CANCELLATION AND RECONFIRMATION:
    If the cancellation is replaced by a new booking on another date for the current season, no penalty will be applied and any deposit paid by the customer will be retained by the hotel and taxed as a "deposit for the stay".

Verlaat de A22 bij Rovereto Nord, ga in de richting van Trento op de staatsweg nr. 12 tot aan Calliano (10 km), waar je rechtsaf de weg naar Folgaria neemt (12 km). Aangekomen in Folgaria, ga je bij de rotonde richting Passo Coe, tot Fondo Piccolo (4,5 km). Inchecken is mogelijk na 12.00 uur, uitchecken dient te gebeuren vóór 10.00 uur op de dag van vertrek.
