The residence is about 500 meters from the centre of Pinzolo and 1 kilometer from the ski lifts of the village, connected to the ski area of Madonna di Campiglio with the Pinzolo-Campiglio Express gondola lift.

The residence has been recently renovated and all apartments have new kitchens (equipped with induction hob, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, coffee machine), smart tv, playstation with games and other board games.

The guests have also a free private parking, a laundry room, a ski depot and a recreational area with board games, table football, ping pong table, playstation and smart tv.
