From the City of Peace to the Cimbri highlands, through the woods of the Valle di Terragnolo.
<p>Very demanding tour, but that can give you great satisfaction. It starts from Rovereto, at the bottom of the valley, to reach the Cimbri Highlands after some difficult climb, crossing some hamlets of the uncontaminated Valle di Terragnolo. The green of the woods and the quiet of the valley will accompany you along most of this route while on your return you will find yourself passing behind the imposing <a href="https://www.visitrovereto.it/en/discover/castles/castel-beseno/">Castel Beseno</a>, the largest fortification in Trentino. Various dining options along the way, where you can taste some of the typical dishes of the area, such as the fanzelto di Terragnolo.</p>
