Easy excursion around the summit of Mount Peller in the Northern-most part of the Brenta Dolomites.
The characteristic Mount Peller constitutes the Northern bulwark of the Brenta Dolomites mountain group. In the vast prairies of Pian della Nana, you will be able to observe a wealth of Alpine flora, with some of the most valuable blooms in the Southern Alps. Pian della Nana is also famous for the presence of many different animals, first and foremost the marmot.

Directions
From Cles, proceed to the upper part of the town following signs for Loc. Bersaglio - Rifugio Peller. At Loc. Bersaglio, turn right and follow the dirt road with short paved sections for 15 km that leads to Lake Durigat at the base of Monte Peller. To drive this dirt road, you need a jeep-type vehicle or one with relatively high ground clearance because in some sections the road is rough and steep.Parking
Near Lake Durigat there are 3 free parking areas where you can leave your car for several days. The first parking lot is located at Lake Durigat and has a capacity of 25 parking spaces.To reach the second parking lot, continue uphill from here to the left towards Malga Tassulla until the no entry sign: here there is another parking lot with 30 parking spaces.
The third parking lot is reached by continuing uphill from Lake Durigat to the right towards Rifugio Peller. Below the hut there is a small parking lot with 10 parking spaces.
