The apartments Laly are situated in the heart of the city of Arco near the major square and the delightful central gardens. Here there are signs of that wonderful age, buildings of great beauty dominated by an ancient castle and signs of modern age like free climbing world championship. In the immediate vicinity,pharmacies,supermarkets,bars,tabacco,restaurants,pizzerias and bike paths. It is surely a start point for having a walk among nature and sport: free climbing, biking, windsurf, sailing, canyoning, rafting, golf, horseracing, etc. In a short time it is possible reach the picturesque Garda Lake, which is navigable by nice and equipped boats.

Conditions

The apartments "Laly" are open all year.
The prices include: electricity, gas, water, heating, WI-FI Eolo 100MB,TV sat, bed linen, bath and kitchen linen changed weekly, dishes, dishwasher, phon, cleaning cloths, detergents. Private garage for carport, space for sports equipment, bicycles, motorcycles, and common garden.
Laundry room with washing machine with detergent, dryer, iron and vacuum cleaner (to be agreed).
Available on request a free cot/bed for children and baby high chair.
Prices do not include: Pets allowed for a fee( 5.00 €/ day). Inside the structure and in the common areas it is required the leash and if necessary a muzzle.
The tourist tax is an amount of 1.00 € person/night (max 10 nights/ persons) which must be paid directly at the chosen accommodation facility. On request, possibilitu of air conditioning at € 8.00 / day ( from the start of the supply until the end of the stay)

Arrival

Check-in hours from 3pm to 7pm , check-out until 9.30 am (clean, penalty charge of one day). For a better organization when we arrived in Rovereto, call tel. (0039) 3466242615 (Laura). Payment happens upon arrival with cash payment and after that the apartment keys will be given. Prices do not include: Pets 5 Euros for day, air conditioning 8.00 € for day, washing machine ( € 3.00 per washing machine ), dryer (4.00 € for dryer). Stays from 1st May 2016 will be charged of a tourist tax. The tourist tax is an amount of 0,70€ per person/night that must be paid directly at the chosen accommodation for stays from 1 to 10 nights in addition to the price of the holiday booked.
