The prices are inclusive of the costs of electricity, water and gas. a rational use of heating is included. the heating is not included from June 10th to September 30th (during these periods those who wish can request it and the consumption will be paid separately).
Bed linen and towels are included in the price. sheets are changed every 15 days. the final cleaning fee (40 euros) is optional if the apartment is left clean and tidy at the departure.
