The price includes: water and electricity consumption, heating, cutlery and flatware, garage.
The price does not include: final cleaning € 50,00 (kitchenette at customer’s charge) and a security deposit of € 200,00 that will be retuned after the check of the apartment before the check-out. The extra charges will be asked at the arrival.
Bed linien and bath towels are not provided.Starting from January 1st 2021 all stays will be charged a tourist tax of 1,00 € per person per night. It must be paid directly at the accommodation facility in addition to the accommodation price.

Arrival
By car: take the A22 Brennero motorway: if you are coming from the south, exit at the Trento notd tollbooth; if you are coming from the north, exit S.Michele all'Adige tollbooth, then follow the direction towards the town of Cles, in Val di Non, then towards Passo Tonale until Malè / Arnago.
By train: the most convenient railroad statio for international trains is Trento. From there, you can take the "Trento-Malè-Mezzana" train to Val di Sole and stop in Tezolas or Malè.
