We do not charge any cancellation fees if you will cancel your reservation up to 7 days before the date of arrival at the hotel.
On the 7th day before the date of your arrival you will be charged a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total amount of the stay.

BY CAR
- Highway del Brennero A22 / E45, coming from Verona, take the Egna / Ora exit, then continue on the SS48 towards Canazei, ending with the SS641 towards Alba di Canazei.
- Highway del Brennero A22 / E45, coming from the north, exit Bolzano Nord, take the SS241 to Vigo di Fassa and from there take the SS48 towards Canazei first and the SS641 towards Alba di Canazei.
- Highway Venice / Ponte delle Alpi A27, exit Belluno, take SS203 direction Agordo and then on Via Marmolada SP563. From here continue towards Alba di Canazei on the SS641.
BY TRAIN
- Coming from the South, you can choose between the stations of Trento (the provincial capital) or Ora; coming from the north, you go down to Bolzano instead.
