The apartments, located one in the wonderful penthouses on the 4th floor and the other on the 2nd floor, are located in a new building, so they've an elevator.
The furnishings are kept in the finest details, made from solid wood to give a mountain touch to the flat; even the paintings have a great value.
The apartment has all the comforts: living room with TV, kitchenette with oven, dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine. It is also fully equipped with cookware and cutlery, and everything you need for comfortable and immediate living. Balcony, bathroom with washing machine, shower, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.
It's possibile to have bedlinen, sheets and towels at the cost of 12 € per person per stay. Instead blankets, pillows and duvets / bedspreads are included in the price.
Heating can be switched on at a cost.
You'll have a self contained and independent garage.
Pets are welcome on request.
The apartment is always open: winter season included! That's aslo a great starting point for the nearby ski slopes (Bolbeno, Pinzolo, Madonna di Campiglio), for Christmas markets and to visit the most beautiful villages of Trentino.
It's easy to reach Trento (in 30 km) or Riva del Garda (the bus station is just 100 mt far.
It enjoys of a stunning view of the Adamello-Brenta massif; and is located right in front of the verdant park of Terme di Comano, which is ONLY 200 meters far walking (this building is currently the closest to the Terme).
