The B&B La Marmotta offers to the guests a relaxing holiday, far from the city noise and from the chaotic everyday life. Great starting point for hikes, MTB rides, excursions in summer. In winter it is ideal for snow lovers, as it is only 10 minutes away from the ski slopes of Polsa and San Valentino. To reach us take the motorway exit Rovereto Sud and follow the road sign to Altopiano di Brentonico. The B&B is in a strategic position to visit Rovereto and Lake Garda, which are 25 minutes by car from Prada. The B&B boasts 3 large ensuite rooms nicely furnished, all with television and balcony. In the morning you can taste a large breakfast served in a typical room with a tile stove in winter or on the terrace in summer.

Arrival
How to reach us: take the motorway exit Rovereto Sud and follow the road sings to Lago di Garda and Altopiano di Brentonico, take then the first exit and reach the town of Mori. After the traffic light turn left and drive for 8 Km until you reach Brentonico. At the crossroad there follow the sign to Prada/Polsa, which is 4 km far. When you see the church of Prada, enter the town and after 100 m you will find the B&B.
