At Locanda 53 we try to keep our carbon footprint as small as possible.
This means that we have adopted various methods to reduce waste and respect the environment.
We give our guests the option to keep their towels and decline daily room cleaning.
We ask guests to turn off lights before leaving the room and to be considerate with water usage.
For breakfast we offer you a menù from which to choose from, in this way we are able to reduce food waste while offering you your perfect breakfast.
Due to covid-19 restrictions we ask you to disinfect your hands and wear a face mask in the common areas.
If at any time during your stay you manifest sympoms (fever, headache, loss of taste and smell) please inform staff as soon as possible.
Locanda 53 is situated in the heart of Arco, 2 minutes walk away from the historic centre and main square, church, bars and shops.
Just a 10 minute walk from one of the most well known rock climbing walls in Sarca Valley and surrounded by both road and mountain bike tracks Locanda 53 is the perfect position for active holidays as well as sight seeing or a relaxing get-away.

A newborn set (cot, bath, bottle warmer) is available upon request and availability for no extra charge.
An extra single bed is available for the family room (max. occupancy 5 person) upon request for a surcharge of 15€ per night.
Breakfast is included in the price of the rooms, please inform us of any allergies or intollerances at the time of your booking.
Your well behaved fury friends are welcome to join you, however we do ask a cleaning surcharge of 20€ per animal for the double rooms and 30€ for the Family room.

Arrival
Locanda 53 is located in the ZTL limited tragic zone of Arco’s historical centre so you will need to park your car outside the city.
The blue lined car parks indicate paid parking whereas the white lines indicate free parking, however most free parks have a time limit so be sure to check the parking signs.
How to find us:
From the main square with the main church (Chiesa di Santa Maria Assunta) at your back, head to the far end of the square and turn left to follow via Vergolano for 120m until you reach the shop “Art Rock”. Turn left into the extension of via Vergolano and go straight until you reach the big arched double doors of number 53.
Our doorbell is located on the left of the doors.
From via Porta Scaria (Arciduca) pass the tabaccheria and the bakery and head down Via Vergolano 80m until you reach the Pizzeria Pace, turn right and go down to the big arched double doors of number 53.

Our Family room is the biggest of our rooms available making it perfect for families of 4 or even 5.
"Family" has one double bed and bunk beds with the possibility to add another single bed or newborn cot if necessary (upon request and availability).
