Pets are not accepted. Smoking is not allowed.
All the utilities (water, light and gas) are included, with the exception of heating in the winter.
Table linen / kitchen linen is included in the price of the accommodation. Bath linen / bed linen can be provided, on request, at a cost of 8 euros / person a week, to be sold on site. The change of linen is weekly.
Final cleaning costs € 50 (cleaning and sanitization), to be sold on site.
Check-in is possible from 16. The accommodation must be vacated by 10 noon.
Availability for periods of 3 or less than 3 days is subject to confirmation by the structure, with quotation on request.
The balance of the stay must take place upon arrival at the property and, in any case, no later than two days from the arrival in case of bank transfer.
It is not allowed to stay at the property for a number of people higher than the number of beds offered.

Arrival
By train / coach : Trento Railway Station. Outside the train station, on your right you'll find the coach station. Take any direct ride to Comano Terme or Tione. Get off at the terminus or at the stop of Ponte Arche / Comano Terme.
By plane: Valerio Catullo / Verona Airport. Then you need to rent a car to reach Trentino: take the A22 motorway towards Trento / Brennero.
By car: A22 motorway, exit Trento sud. Then state road SS45Bis towards Madonna di Campiglio. After about 16 Km, in Sarche, take the SS237 / Via Caffaro road, always in the direction of Comano Terme, Tione, Madonna di Campiglio. After 12 km you reach Ponte Arche / Comano Terme. At the roundabout take Via Giovanni Prati, towards SP5 provincial road. After passing the COOP supermarket turn right for SP5 - Bleggio. After about 3 Km you reach the hamlet S. Croce
