The “Residenza Marconi”, located in the heart of Pinzolo, was born with the intention to let its guests live and experience relaxing holidays, in a cozy and nice atmosphere/ location. The apartments will be completed and available from December 1st, 2019. All the apartments will have a kitchen, a living room with a double sofa bed, double rooms, double restrooms, double balconies and an interior decor that will have bright and welcoming colors. The following facilities will be included in the week price:
- access to the wellness area, easily reachable from the apartment by the lift.
- Supply of bed linen and towels.

The “Perla Grigia” apartment, arranged on two floors connected by a large internal staircase, has 2 bedrooms, one of which is on the entrance floor with two single beds and one double bedroom upstairs with only one restroom.
