Mount Terlago - Paganella summit

A long, difficult route from Monte Terlago to the top of Paganella.

The trail starts above the village of Monte Terlago and winds up the slopes of the Paganella until it reaches the summit.  The first part of the route, which leads up to the middle of the mountain, intersects a forest road several times, after which you will tackle the most difficult climb up to the San Antonio pass.  The second part of the route continues along the western side of the mountain until it reaches the antennae located on the Paganella peak at an altitude of 2000 metres above sea level.  At the top you can opt to climb as far as the "La Roda" refuge, the only refreshment point on the route.  The Paganella peak boasts a panoramic view spanning from Lake Garda to the Brenta Dolomites, and from Trento to the entire Val di Non.
