<p>The tour allows to discover a typical village of Valle di Cembra caratterized from the square with fountain and storic washhouse and some examples of rural houses with barrel vaults and family cellar.</p> <p>It develops on part of the ancient Strada della Rosa, the way that pilgrims and wayfarers traveled in the past to reach the village of Ville di Giovo with the Giovo Castle started from the plain of the Adige. The stately castle it also said "della Rosa" for the presences on the watchtower of the coat of arms engraved with a rose.</p> <p>The itinerary alternates between woods and vineyards with stops points along the street. Reaches the small Church of San Giorgio in the Fraction of Mosana di Giovo, already mentioned like place of hermitage in 1369. Rebuilt in the 15th century, it was the destination of processions to invoke protection on the fields from frost, frost and wrinkles.
