Sagra della Ciuìga
One of the Most Beautiful Villages of Italy celebrates the Ciuìga, a Slow Food-recognised sausage.
Three days to celebrate the Ciuìga del Banale, the sausage made with pork and white turnips, invented here in San Lorenzo Dorsino.
Choose between themed menus, walks to admire the autumn leaves, typical botteghe, tastings and music in the village streets.
This year the Sagra is an even bigger celebration: we are marking its first 25 years of local life and history.
