Snow condition: Good
Last update: 17/03/2022At 12 km from Lavarone and 2 km from Luserna (1424 m asl) the Centro Fondo Millegrobbe is the Italian equivalent to the Great North.
Straddling the Veneto and Trentino plateaux, the area is the location for the renowned Millegrobbe, one of Europe's number one international cross-country skiing events.
The Centre is a member of the Super Nordic Skipass, the only skipass you need to access the principal cross-country skiing facilities in Trentino and the whole of Italy, with a broad array of opportunities: 35 km of pistes to suit all abilities, from beginners to competitive racers, 5 of which have guaranteed snow, thanks to a programmed snow-making system, and all are designed for both the classic and free technique.
A 12 km link leads to Passo Vezzena, while another link 21 km long ends at the cross-country ski Centre of Campolongo, on the Asiago-Sette Comuni plateau. There are also signposted tracks for snow-shoe and nordic walking excursions (4 and 8 km long).
The facility includes a skiing school, ski waxing services, showers and changing rooms, signs, equipment hire, first aid, parking area, restaurant, bar and camper site.
