Built by the Albasini family in 1965 at the top station of the Folgarida cable car, the Refuge has been enlarged and renovated over the years in line with new demands. Located in Malghet Haut, at the foot of Monte Spolverino, it is a mecca for the skiers who make their way up from the Val di Sole (families in particular) and, in summer, for all those who love walking in the mountains and mountain biking . Open From 20 June to 20 September Before leaving for your hike, always contact the manager to verify the actual opening of the mountain hut Walks From the Refuge you can walk to Lake Malghette via Malga Folgarida di Dimaro and Malga Vigo (1 ½ hours, difficulty E). You can also walk to the Rifugio Orso Bruno - views of the Cevedale and Grostè groups - by way of Monte Spolverino and Monte Vigo (1 ½ hours, difficulty E). In winter, the refuge can be accessed directly from the Folgarida-Marilleva ski slopes.
